1. Reservation
The reservation becomes final upon receipt of a 10% deposit , payable:
- by credit card via the secure Stripe solution (3D Secure) — immediate confirmation and guaranteed confidentiality (we never have access to your bank details).
The balance of the stay must be paid 30 days before the arrival date , by Stripe credit card (3D Secure) or bank transfer.
The payment of the deposit is worth full and complete acceptance of these general booking conditions .
Tourist taxes (€2.50 per day per adult) are added to the booking price.
In return, the guest card given to you upon arrival gives you free access to the Mont-Blanc Express train between Servoz, Chamonix and Vallorcine.
You will receive a booking contract specifying the payment of the deposit.
This contract will then be updated to include tourist taxes.
After payment of the balance has been received, it will be updated again and sent as soon as possible.
A detailed invoice for the stay can be provided upon request at the time of payment of the balance.
2. Cancellation by the traveler
Cancellation conditions vary depending on the period and length of stay.
👉 Standard stays (maximum 21 days)
- Stays of less than 8 days:
- High season (Christmas/New Year holidays to the end of March, and from July 1st to August 31st):
→ Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival date . - Other periods :
→ Free cancellation up to 15 days before the arrival date .
- Stays of 8 days or more:
→ Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival date .
After these deadlines, or in case of non-appearance, the amounts paid remain the property of the owner .
Any shortened stay is payable in full.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing (email).

3. Relocation clause - an exclusive benefit of direct bookings 🤝
Because we prioritize direct relationships and trust, we apply a fair relocation clause , which is non-existent on online platforms.
In case of late cancellation (after the free cancellation period):
- If the accommodation is re-let for the same period and under the same conditions ,
→ The sums paid (deposit and/or balance) will be refunded , less any difference in price. - The refund will be made by bank transfer within a maximum of 7 days after the initial date of the stay, once the relocation has been confirmed.

4. Special offers are non-cancellable and non-refundable
Some promotional offers or preferential rates may be offered under the heading "non-cancellable and non-refundable offer" .
These specific conditions are expressly stated at the time of booking.
For these offers:
- Full payment for the stay is required at the time of booking.
- In case of cancellation, modification or no-show, no refund will be issued .
These offers cannot give rise to any application of the relocation clause provided for in article 3.
5. Cancellation by the owner
In the event of exceptional circumstances preventing the fulfillment of the reservation (force majeure, disaster, major breakdown), the owner undertakes to:
- inform the traveler immediately.
- repayall sums received,
- and, if possible, offer equivalent accommodation .
The owner will do everything possible to help the traveler find an alternative solution as soon as possible.
6. Provision of accommodation
Accommodation is available:
- from 4pm on the day of arrival,
- until 10am on the day of departure.
Outside of these hours, early entry or departure requires prior agreement from the owner.
✅ Exclusive benefit for direct bookings:
Your check-in is given priority (4pm instead of 5pm on online platforms). Your accommodation is prepared with priority.
7. Household
End-of-stay cleaning is understood.
This service only includes general cleaning.
The accommodation must be returned in a generally clean condition : rooms tidy, dishes clean and put away, bins emptied.
8. Non-smoking accommodation :
The accommodation is strictly non-smoking. However, an ashtray is provided on the terrace.
9. Animals
For hygiene reasons, pets are unfortunately not allowed.
