🏑BOOKING AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

  • Deposit: 10% upon booking (secure payment Stripe – 3D Secure).
  • A personalized contract will be sent after payment.
  • Balance due: 30 days before arrival.
  • Free cancellation : depending on season and duration (see section 2).
  • Exclusive benefits of direct booking:
    βœ… Relocation clause (see section 3)
    βœ… Priority check-in from 3pm subject to provider availability
  • Included: End-of-stay cleaning, sheets, towels (excluding pool), household linen.
  • No smoking – No pets allowed
  • Tourist tax to be added: €2.50 / adult / night

1. Reservation

The reservation becomes final upon receipt of 10% deposit , payable as follows:

  • by credit card via Stripe (3D Secure) β€” instant confirmation, confidential data protected;
  • Balance due 30 days before arrival , via Stripe or bank transfer.

Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

Tourist tax to be added: €2.50 / adult / night.
In return, you will receive upon arrival a guest card giving free access to the Mont-Blanc Express (Servoz β†’ Chamonix β†’ Vallorcine).

A personalized reservation contract is sent to you after payment of the deposit, updated after validation of taxes, and then again after receipt of the balance.
A detailed invoice is available upon request.


2. Cancellation by the traveler

πŸ‘‰ Standard stays (up to 21 nights)

- Stays < 8 nights

  • High season (Christmas/New Year β†’ end of March β€’ July 1st β†’ August 31st)
    β†’ Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
  • Other periods
    β†’ Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival.

- Stays of 8 nights or more

β†’ Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.

After these deadlines β€” or in case of non-appearance β€” the amounts paid remain with us.
Any shortened stay is payable in full.
All cancellations must be made in writing (email) .

3. Relocation clause - an exclusive benefit of direct bookings 🀝

Because we prioritize direct relationships and trust, we apply a fair relocation clause , which is not found on online platforms.

In case of late cancellation (after the free cancellation period):

  • If the accommodation is re-let for the same period and under the same conditions ,
    β†’ refund of sums paid, less any possible price difference .

The refund is made by bank transfer within a maximum of 7 days after the initial date of the stay.


4. Special offers: non-cancellable / non-refundable

Some offers may be offered at a non-cancellable and non-refundable price .
They involve:

  • full payment at the time of booking;
  • No refund in case of cancellation, modification or no-show;
  • non-application of the relocation clause.

5. Cancellation by the owner

In the event of an exceptional circumstance (force majeure, disaster, major breakdown), the owner undertakes to:

  • to inform you immediately,
  • reimburse all sums received,
  • to propose, if possible, an equivalent relocation solution.

6. Provision of accommodation

  • Arrival: from 5 p.m.
  • Departure: until 10 a.m.

Direct booking advantage: priority check-in from 3pmsubject to availability of the service provider.

Any arrival or departure outside of opening hours requires prior agreement.


7. Cleaning, bed linen and towels

End-of-stay cleaning is included, as well as sheets , towels and household linen (pool towels not provided).
The accommodation must be left in a reasonable condition: Dishes clean and put away, bins emptied, rooms tidy.


8. Non-smoking accommodation

The accommodation is strictly non-smoking.
An ashtray is available on the terrace.


9. Animals

For hygiene reasons, animals are not allowed.
