We are a family of four: Estelle, Louise, Martin… and me, Charles, your host in Vallorcine.
Fifteen years ago, I discovered the Chamonix Valley. It was love at first sight.
Since then, we've returned every year, every season. This valley moves me, fascinates me, and I often miss it. It's hard to explain… There, something magnificent transcends you. I've caught the bug.
In 2015, facing the Mont Blanc massif, I made a major decision: to change careers.
Formerly an Administrative and Financial Manager, I am leaving a stable career to start a business in real estate, driven by the desire to build a project aligned with my values and by a deep desire for freedom.
The business is growing, but my passion for the valley remains intact.
The idea then arose to create a complementary activity in tourism, in the heart of the Alps.
In 2018, I chose to invest in Vallorcine Mont-Blanc, an authentic and preserved village in the Chamonix valley, with a clear ambition: to develop a high-end seasonal rental in Vallorcine, combining comfort, a cozy atmosphere, high standards and a personalized experience.
In 2019, I completed my first project renting a 4-star apartment in Vallorcine.
Two more acquisitions will follow in 2022 and 2023, strengthening my local roots and my commitment to the valley.
